In this week’s video we are familiar with Lucile, Product Engineer in ENUSA (National Uranium Company), a 60% public company owned by the State Society of Industrial Interests (SEPI), under the Ministry of Finance and Public Service and the remaining 40% by the Centre for Environmental and Technological Energy Research (CIEMAT).

ENUSA is a modern, sustainable and innovative public enterprise which is responsible for the manufacture of nuclear fuel used in nuclear power plants for the generation of energy.

Lucile joined the company in 2019, with its functions being to review the reliability of the fuel, to monitor radio-chemical nuclear power plants and to analyze the results of inspections carried out on the fuel in operation.

His work highlights the challenge and the opportunity of working in a public enterprise.
