The INAP Public Innovation Laboratory collaborates with the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and the municipalities of Castro Urdiales and Noja in the design and experimentation of inter-municipal collaboration processes to share public talent.
The aim of this project is to design and experiment processes that allow the municipalities to meet their needs with immediate and efficiency sharing their staff. Many municipalities have difficulty in attracting and selecting people in an agile, efficient and efficient way and collaboration between them can be a solution to this problem.
The project seeks to design one or more legal and organisationally viable processes to facilitate collaboration between the municipalities by sharing the talent available to them.
