On 10 March, the meeting of the Sectoral Commission and the plenary session of the Open Government Forum took place with the participation of the Secretary of State for Civil Service.

The topics covered were:

• [Balance of the IV Plan of Open Government of Spain 2020-2024, in its first year of execution].
• Improvements in the functioning of the Open Government Forum: Proposal for an Agreement of the Open Government Forum to ratify the constitution of:

-Sub-working group for the reform of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to information and good governance

-Community of Citizen Participation Practice.

• Open Administration Week 2022.

The Open Government Sector Commission also informs about the Open Government Plans of the Autonomous Communities and Municipalities members of the Open Government Alliance: Basque Country, Catalonia, Aragón and City Hall of Madrid.

The Plenary of the Open Government Forum also presents the first Accountability Report of the Government of Spain “Complying”.
