On 17 February 2022, the Subcommunity of Community Participation Laboratories of the Fourth Open Government Action Plan of Spain 2020-2024 met.

This meeting presented the work plan of this Sub-Community and the collaborative work platform HazLab, an initiative that is part of the actions of the IV Open Government Plan promoted by the General Directorate of Public Governance of the Ministry of Finance and Public Service.

The aim of this community of practices is the exchange of knowledge and good practices in terms of citizen participation, the generation of transferable collective intelligence and the contribution to the commitments 3 and 4 of participation of the IV Open Government Plan.

The Internship Community is structured in 3 sub-communities: citizen participation platforms, participation processes and participation laboratories.

The Internship Community is housed within the Directorate of Public Governance, and its main partners and partners include the Ministry of Finance and Civil Service itself, INAP, and a network of innovation laboratories.
