INAP has renewed, for the third time in a row, the Bequal Plus Seal granted by the Bequal Foundation.
The director of the INAP, Consuelo Sánchez Naranjo, collected this seal of hands from the vice-president of the Bequal Foundation, José Luis Martínez Donoso, in an event held on the morning of February 15, 2022 at the Atocha headquarters of the institute.
At present, INAP has 4% of staff with disabilities, a higher percentage than in the previous certification. In addition, it has made changes in the area of human resources and improvements in accessibility according to the recommendations made in previous reports of the Bequal seal.
On December 17, 2015, INAP became the first public body to qualify for the Bequal certificate in its “Plus” category, recertificating again in 2018 for another 3-year period.
Once the previous seal expires, this certification is renewed for the third time in a row, taking into account indicators such as strategy and leadership, human resources management, accessibility, socially responsible public procurement, the relationship with citizenship and communication.
This certification acknowledges the INAP’s commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities, as well as the whole of Spanish society, without discriminating against anyone for their abilities.
