Newsletter on public service news for the month of December 2021

Today, 14 January, the current public service newsletter for the month of December 2021 has been released.

The most notable news in this issue has been the entry into force of Law 20/2021 on urgent measures to reduce the temporality in public employment, which complies with the reforms contained in Component 11 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and the judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Supreme Court, on the basis of the commitment made by the Government to reduce the temporality in situation8.

Another noteworthy issue is the State Public Employment Service with an extraordinary Public Employment Offer of 926 places to enhance the quality of services provided by the Agency.

In addition, Secretary of State for Public Service, Lidia Sánchez Milan, presided over the signing of the Health Care Concert 2022-2024, signed by MUFACE Director General Myriam Pallarés and the representatives of Asisa, Adeslas and DKV.

Alongside this, relevant actions have been included within the Directorate-General for Civil Service, Directorate-General for Public Governance, MUFACE, INAP and at international level.
