The SEPE publishes in the BOE the calls for grants for the “First Experience”, “TándEM” and “Investigo” Programmes under the PRTR.

These calls are intended for financing by the State Public Employment Service, training in alternation with employment, in the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for young people without qualifications for training, in order to facilitate the insertion of work, through the professionalization and acquisition of experience of the participants.

They may benefit from the grants covered by these calls at State level, the bodies of the General Government of the State and their affiliated or dependent public bodies, as well as the other entities forming part of the State institutional public sector, which are obliged to recruit young unemployed persons over 16 years of age and under 30 years of age, the training stage of which has been completed and accredited in terms of knowledge, so that these persons acquire, within the framework of their professional skills.

These calls will be developed within the framework of the National Plan for Recovery, Transformation and Resilience, and are funded through the financial resources derived from the European Recovery Instrument (Next Generation EU) through the Resilience and Recovery Mechanism.
