The INAP Training Plan 2022 has been published in the BOE. This Plan presents a wide range of activities that seek to focus on current trends in skills that are already required to improve public services through the daily work of public employees, both managerial, technical and administrative staff, as well as specialization in essential areas today such as digital administration or typically administrative skills.

Moreover, with current methodologies that are constantly being studied at INAP and which are transmitted through an innovative program itself, such as that of teaching innovation.

All of this, in sum, with the ultimate purpose of contributing from learning to the transformation of administrations so that they can meet the demands that society poses.
