Under the motto 'Quality and Innovation for Recovery', the Ministry of Finance and Public Service together with the FEMP and the City of Málaga, call for the joint celebration of the 7th State Conference of Quality and XI Conference of Modernization and Quality in the Local Administration (JOMCAL), which will take place in Málaga from 17 to 19 November 2021.
At the various plenary sessions, round tables and workshops, accompanied by former mayors, municipal elected officials, Directors-General and heads of the three administrations, will reflect on the new technologies in the recovery process, citizen participation, administrative collaboration for the simplification of procedures and public innovation and the new post-COVID-19 scenarios of the quality of the public administrations.
