As of today, MUFACE offers its bimonthly newsletter service, open to anyone who wants to subscribe, be it mutualist or not. The relaunch of this MUFACE newsletter will allow those who wish to receive every two months links to the informative content published in the Communication section of the website. To be discharged they can click on this link.
In addition, links will be sent with specific information on any published news if it relates to short-term benefits or any other limited call in time that may be interested to know in advance. The first bimonthly newsletter will be sent on 2 November.
Together with the relaunch of the Newsletter, the Mutuality takes advantage to echo suggestions and complaints from mutualists regarding the provision of content and services on the web. In order to facilitate the search for services, access to content such as the electronic location, contact details of the MUFACE or Care to the Mutualist offices and the prior appointment become more visible and easier access, both via computer and mobile device.
The renewal of the Newsletter service is one of the lines of action for improving communication contemplated in the Muface Plan Advances 2021-2023, within the strategic objective of maintaining greater proximity to the collective.
