The Minister of Territorial Policy and Civil Service, Miquel Iceta, together with the Minister of Education and Vocational Training, Isabel Celaá, today chair at 12:15h a day aimed at gathering talent in the Public Administration, which will be broadcast through Twitch: www.twitch.tv/territorialgob
The event will be held at the I.E.S. Pedro Mercedes de Cuenca.
The conference will be held by José María Herranz, dean of the School of Communication of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, and will involve public employees and employees who will share their experience and the benefits of the Public Administration as a professional departure.
As part of the Ministry’s Talent Recruitment Plan, the workshops have been held since 2019 in universities, professional colleges and Vocational Training centers. Its objective is to improve the image of the General Administration of the State as an employer. In the same way, they value the contribution of employees to society, raising awareness of the value of public services and their contribution to citizenship.
On April 15, the first day was broadcast via Twitch, bringing the message closer to the younger audience. Among the objectives of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Civil Service is to put an end to the ageing of the Civil Service staff.
