One of the priority projects of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Civil Service is the development of a Talent Recruitment Plan in the General Administration of the State (AGE), which aims to incorporate new generations into public employment.
The General Directorate of the Civil Service develops one of the measures included in this plan: the organization of information days for young university students, students of vocational training or newly graduated, in which they are informed about what the Administration is, what it has to offer them as an employee, and the possible professional opportunities it offers, publicizing the work developed by public employees.
