As of today, the provincial services of Ceuta, Ciudad Real, La Rioja and Soria are added to the system of prior appointment request through electronic headquarters and phone 060. In total, there are already forty provinces that have this service.

The prior appointment is not a novelty for the mutualists, it is already considered a consolidated measure, which allows to keep the forums and security distances controlled, as well as reasonable waiting times. At the same time, the expansion of Covid19 is avoided and the use of electronic channels is encouraged in the segment of mutualists with the capacity to use them.

Achieving at the same time adequate quality of service and safety standards is the priority objective of this prior appointment system, to which Ceuta, Ciudad Real, La Rioja and Soria have joined today.
