The General Mutuality of State Civil Servants (MUFACE) has launched a campaign to update data from their mutualists and beneficiaries to facilitate the vaccination citations carried out by the health services of the autonomous communities.
The objective is to integrate the identification and contact details of the mutualists of entity agreed with the public health services. To this end, emails are being sent to all mutualists and letters by regular mail to those over 64, the target population of the age groups set out in the update of the Vaccination Strategy.
The need to update basic contact data, if they have changed, is also explained in the Twitter account @mufaceoficial, in the services of 060 and in the vaccination section Covid-19 of the MUFACE website.
A simpler form has also been created for those who are unable to access to change their data through electronic headquarters, to send it by regular mail to their provincial service or delegated office.
The provincial and central services of MUFACE have given priority to the campaign of public health actions necessary for epidemiological protection and surveillance, thus preserving the health of mutualists and citizens as a whole.
The vaccination campaign against COVID-19 follows its course according to the phases defined within the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System (CISNS).
The public health services of the different Autonomous Communities are in charge of administering the doses to the different population groups, according to the Vaccination Strategy, the updates of which are available on the website of the Spanish Ministry of Health. Government of Spain
MUFACE mutualists are being vaccinated, like the rest of the population, by the public services of the CAAs, following this strategy. Thus, in the second phase of vaccination, those over 80 years of age have been included. In the Mutuality, this group consists of 83,444 people.
It is the public health services of the autonomous communities that organize and carry out the vaccination of the different groups already defined, according to the type of vaccines and the quantities available.
Because they are large groups in the MUFACE area, in Group 3B they serve in Penitentiary Institutions, according to the risk of exposure to work and the possibility of adopting appropriate protective measures.
Group 6, "Active Groups with an Essential Function for Society", includes the State Security Forces and Bodies, Emergencies and Armed Forces (6A), teachers and children's education personnel and special educational needs, including both teachers and other professionals caring for students (6B) and finally teachers and primary and secondary education staff (6C).
