The National Institute of Public Administration, within the framework of the Training Plan 2021, published in the Official State Gazette of 5 February, has convened different activities linked to the continuing professional development programme, divided into two subprogrammes: Management performance, aimed at those in positions of greater responsibility in the public administrations and aimed at facilitating the development of competences directly linked to public leadership and leadership, and General Performance, aimed at all public employees, which integrates activities for the development of transversal competences or specific competences linked to management and management tasks, including the scope of communication and technology.
