The National Institute of Public Administration, in collaboration with the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP), participates in the international event "Government After Shock", an initiative coordinated by the OPSI, the Public Sector Innovation Observatory of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), with the support of the European Commission for Learning through 2020.
On 17 November, issues relating to Rethinking and rebuilding through innovation will be addressed: local conversations organized around the world, interconnected to create a global dialogue. The Director-General of Public Governance, Mª Pía Junquera, will participate in the dialogue organized by INAP and UIMP on the balance sheet of the meetings on the COVID-19 crisis organized by UIMP.
On 18 November, collaboration for systemic change beyond the crisis will be discussed. It is a high-level forum that brings together the contributions of leaders to discuss the ideas of the previous day and how governments can take advantage of the lessons of the crisis to achieve better governance in the future. The Minister for Territorial Policy and Civil Service, Carolina Darias, participates in the round table "Inside the emergency: lessons in delivering national responses to a crisis".
