The Secretary-General for Civil Service, together with representatives of the Association of Vocational Training Centres FPEmpresa, participated in a talent gathering event for Training and Career Guidance teachers, within the framework of the European Week of Vocational Training.
The day held on 10 November, was chaired by the Secretary General of Public Service, Javier Rueda, and had the participation of representatives of the General Directorate of Public Service, with the aim of publicizing the opportunities that public employment offers to students of Vocational Training, both in the middle and higher grades and in the baccalaureate.
The incorporation of the new generations of students of Professional Training is one of the objectives of the Talent Recruitment Plan of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service that will contribute to achieving a more modern, digitized, flexible, diverse and open public administration, in line with the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan presented by the Government of Spain.
During this day, teachers were provided with information on how to access the Public Service, the characteristics and advantages of working for the General Administration of the State and the different levels and bodies to which they can choose. Practical examples of what selective processes are like were also provided to attendees with information on the websites where they could find the information needed for access to public employment.
