On the You Tube channel of the INAP, through this link, the conference on "Public Ethics for the 21st century", held from 26 to 29 October, at the INAP, directed by Manuel Villoria, professor of Political Science at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.

In the framework of these conferences, the inaugural session of which was carried out by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function, professors and public officials met, with the aim of rethinking the role of the State in situations of systemic crisis and how to ensure good governance; analyzing the tensions between different ends and how to face them in the short, medium and long term; studying the new risks to integrity and how to reinforce the global commitments and reflect on them.

With the holding of this meeting, INAP has enabled the debate on the effects of social, technological and political changes on public ethics, which helps to rethink values and principles essential to the proper functioning of democracy. It has also made it possible to rethink the institutional framework for building an ethical infrastructure for times of crisis and change, with guidelines on how to strengthen efforts to achieve the objectives of sustainable development (SDGs).
