MUFACE presents its Strategic Plan 2021-2023 at the second General Council of the year

Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Civil Service, Francisco Hernández Spínola, chaired this year’s second General Council of MUFACE, together with MUFACE Director-General Myriam Pallarés. Javier Rueda, Secretary General for Public Service and María Isabel Borrell, Director General of the Public Service, have attended the meeting.

At the meeting, held by videoconference at the headquarters of Mutuality, the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Civil Service has taken stock of the actions carried out in recent months to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic, thanking the staff of MUFACE for their work to ensure adequate attention to the group of mutualists. The meeting also approved the 2019 Mutuality Report and reported on the budgets of the Mutuality, which will increase somewhat more than 4% in the PGE 2021 project approved by the Government, which represents for MUFACE having almost € 1.814 million next year.

In addition, the strategic lines of the MUFACE 21/23 Plan have been presented, which has as priority objectives to bring Mutuality closer to its collective; strengthen a people-centered culture; deepen the administrative simplification through the digitization of processes, with the aim of achieving excellence in management; drive innovation, quality, transparency and accountability and give the greatest possible relevance to sustainability and social responsibility.

The Council has been informed of the data relating to the second change of entity for the month of June, which has added 14,076 amendments.
