On September 11, the fourth issue of the public service newsletter was published.

On this occasion, the joint meeting of the Sectoral Conference of Education-Interterritorial Council of the National Health System, held on August 27, was highlighted as an instrument to advance co-governance and initiate the school year in a homogeneous way in all territories achieving a safe return to school centers.

Another highlight was the Seminar “Public Administrations in the face of the health crisis” held on 18 and 19 August in Santander, co-organized by the Menendez Pelayo International University and the National Institute of Public Administration. This meeting shared the different experiences of health crisis management and the measures taken before, during and after the declaration of the state of alarm.

In addition, other relevant aspects have been included within the scope of the Directorate-General for Civil Service, the Directorate-General for Public Governance, MUFACE, INAP and the Public Policy Evaluation Institute.
