The Official State Gazette of 1 September published the Resolution of 27 August 2020 of MUFACE announcing the sale by public auction of various properties of the entity in Guadalajara, Lleida, Seville, Teruel and Zaragoza and defining the terms of this patrimonial transaction.

The details of these properties are included in the specification dated 25 August 2020, which is made available to interested parties both in the General Secretariat of the Mutuality and on the webpage via this link, in which the conditions and terms of the auction can be consulted.

The patrimonial actions of alienation and their dissemination fall within the scope of the measures of the 2017-2020 Mutuality Plan, aimed at rationalising and valuing the real estate assets of MUFACE, and these are permanent and non-economic measures. Its dissemination evidences the commitment of management and transparency of this body and aims at the maximum possible concurrence of offers for the acquisition of goods that are not currently used by the public administration, but may be interesting for the private market of buying and selling.
