INFORMATION NOTE:
In the face of the consultations received, in relation to those people who, after the appointment and in the post-esory period acquires a place in a competition in which they have participated , and it is a double subscription C1 and C2, it is reported that the criterion of the General Directorate of the Civil Service, in accordance with the Common Bases for the calls for tenders of 29 September 2022 is as follows:
"Those participants who from the end of the deadline for the submission of applications to the award resolution have been appointed or are appointed, by internal promotion, career officials of Bodies or Scales belonging to the immediate superior subgroup of the Body or Scale from which they have concurred and obtained a double secondment post to the subgroup in the resolution of this contest shall take possession of it from the Body or Scale from which they participate."
In any event, the authority to agree to dismissals and takeover is vested in the person holding the Subsecretariat of each Ministry, and not in the Directorate-General of the Civil Service, and should therefore be addressed to the Personnel Unit of the Ministry or Agency where they have been awarded posts in order to resolve these issues.
