Madrid, March 13, 2024.- The Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures, María González Veracruz has inaugurated the XIII Conference on Teaching Innovation of the UNED highlighting that "the investment of the Government in the digital transformation of Spain offers great training opportunities for all citizens wherever they live".

He said that “this millionaire public investment already guarantees universal broadband connectivity and is promoting the early deployment of 5G”, and stressed that these policies “share the ‘DNA of the UNED’ by allowing the generation of opportunities and talent throughout Spain”.

He also congratulated the University for these days for “promoting digital teaching skills, because we must take advantage of the great capabilities offered by 5G and AI for a more personalized and disruptive training”.
