Citizens can access their Clinical History in the app “My Citizen Folder”
The application incorporates the consultation of the Digital Clinical History of the National Health System provided by the Ministry of Health and allows to see the summary clinical history of the regional health services. In addition, notifications and communications from the Public Administration can be collected from the mobile, and can be used by companies and self-employed. So far, more than 2 million different people have made use of “My Citizen Folder”, surpassing 1.5 million downloads of the apps and making more than 12 million accesses.
“My Citizens’ Portfolio”, an application launched by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, through the General Secretariat of Digital Administration attached to the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, already has its fourth official version available in the stores of iOS and Android as well as through the web. In this way, it continues to comply with the initial objectives of growth and improvement of this public service with information from all administrations.
The fourth official version of “My Citizen Folder”, available in the official application markets, incorporates the following new features and improvements of interest to citizens as well as new bodies that provide information through “My Citizen Folder”:
“My Citizens’ File” allows you to consult from your mobile phone, and from a single point, personal documentation from different areas (education, real estate, vehicles and driver’s license points, registration, large family, degree of disability and dependency, absence of background, demand for employment, more than 40 public social benefits, etc.)
It also facilitates access to files and notifications of the public administration through the Single Enabled Electronic Address – DEHú. And it allows to know the previous appointments managed by the Public Administrations, and receive notices on expirations of procedures related to ID, Passport, Driving Licence and ITV. In this way, the relationship between administration and citizenship is simplified in an accessible, proactive and personalized way from any device.
Since its launch, it has already added more than 2 million different users, has surpassed 1.5 million downloads on iOS and Android and has made more than 12 million accesses.

Citizens can transmit their experience and suggestions through two forms, one on the web and another about mobile app, through which the citizen feedback will be received that is analyzed, prioritized and properly incorporated into the roadmap for future versions
This initiative is being carried out thanks to the excellent collaboration and joint work with the different national, regional, local and university administrations and their different public bodies.
Digital Transformation of Public Administrations
“My Citizen Folder” was the first mobile application within the media App Factory of the Digitalisation Plan of the Public Administrations, whose objective is to promote the development of quality mobile services for the main public services.
The recognition given by the Internet 2023 Awards, where it was awarded as the best digital transformation project in the public sector, and by the National Computer Engineering Awards, where it was awarded as the best public project, confirms the effort that is being made by the public administrations to digitize it, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Digital Spain agenda and the Plan for the Digitalization of Public Administrations.
