Decision of the European Commission on compensation for the release of the digital dividend

The European Commission has notified the Spanish State through Communication C(2012)2533 the decision regarding the reference matter “State aid SA.32619 (2012/C) (ex2011/N)-Spain. Compensation for damages caused by the release of the digital dividend”
