Call for the second spectrum auction

Order ITC/2499/2011, of 20 September, approving the specifications of particular administrative clauses and technical prescriptions for the granting by auction of concessions of private use of the radio public domain in the bands of 900 MHz and 2.6 GHz referred to in paragraph 8 of article 4 and article 7 of Royal Decree 458/2011, of 1 April, on actions in the field of radio spectrum for the development of the digital society, has been published in the BOE on Wednesday, 21 September 2011, and the corresponding auction is called.
