  • Among the new features is also the option to configure preferences and the APP incorporates the possibility of presenting administrative resources

My Citizen Folder, a service offered by the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Public Service, through the State Digital Administration Agency, already has the tenth official version available, in which it continues to incorporate new functionalities for all citizens, and for companies, whose access profile was incorporated last December.

Among the novelties, already available both on the web and on the iOS and Android devices, the possibility of consulting the public grants, scholarships and grants awarded, as stated in the National System of Publicity of Grants and Public Aids, stands out. This service is available for both natural and legal persons, including the self-employed.

This tenth version offers the option of customization. Faced with the increase of services and data offered by My Citizen Folder, and with the aim of improving the user experience, citizens will be able to select their preferences. For example, a user who does not have a vehicle or real estate may discard the existing options in this regard.

Likewise, users of the profile companies will have a specific calendar available where they can highlight general notices and specific milestones of their interest.

Finally, from the native interface itself in the APP is added the possibility of sending, with its corresponding registration, requests for administrative resources to the agencies of the State Administration.

Since the launch of Citizen Folder, more than six million citizens have used their services at some point, making more than 58 million accesses.

The evolution of the same is due to the collaboration between the different administrations, the academic world and the judicial world, among others. In addition, it is an application open to any citizen, allowing suggestions to incorporate new features in future versions.
