Public Function awards the prizes to quality and innovation in public management

  • Eighteen initiatives have been awarded for their ability to innovate, adapt and deliver quality services to citizens

The Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service, through the Secretary of State for Public Service, has held the ceremony of delivery of the XVI and XVII edition of the Awards for Quality and Innovation in Public Management, in which the merit of 18 initiatives has been recognized for their constant commitment to innovate, optimize and put the citizen at the center of public management.

These awards, consolidated as effective instruments to promote a modern, efficient and committed public administration, not only celebrate the achievements of the winners, but also allow us to remember that “the link that unites organizations with citizens is trust in our institutions and this trust is only consolidated if we are able to provide quality public services, and do so in a participatory and transparent way”, said Secretary of State Clara Mapelli during her closing speech.
