Madrid, July 24, 2024.- The letter V will mark the order of intervention of the people who intend to participate in the selective processes of the General Administration of the State (AGE) that are convened from the day following the publication of the Resolution until the publication of the result of the draw corresponding to the year 2024.

This letter has been chosen in the public draw held today at the headquarters of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service. In the draw, all the letters have been able to be checked by those present at the event, and a person from among the attendees, at the request of the Assistant Director General of Human Resources Planning and Remuneration of the General Directorate of Public Function, José Ramón Crespo, has volunteered to verify both the number of letters and their introduction in the box from which one of them has been extracted, corresponding to letter V. Opponents whose first surname begins with V will be the first to intervene when shifts are established and when oral examinations and individual tests are conducted.

Article 17 of Royal Decree 364/1995, which approves the General Regulations for the Admission of Personnel to the Service of the AGE and for the Provision of Jobs and Professional Promotion of Civil Servants of the AGE, establishes that “before the beginning of the exercises or tests of the selective processes, the order of action of the candidates in all the selective tests held during the year will be determined by a single public draw held after announcement in the Official State Bulletin (BOE).”

Likewise, the Royal Decree establishes that “the result of the draw will be published in the BOE and must be collected in each of the calls”. The BOE published on July 11 the Resolution of the Secretary of State of Public Function with the designation of holding such a draw on July 24 at 13.00 hours at the headquarters of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function, located on Marble Street, number 2.
