Madrid, July 15, 2024.- My Citizen Folder, service offered by the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function through the General Secretariat of Digital Administration, has already available a new official version in which the download of the certificate of absence of history of crimes of a sexual nature, issued by the Ministry of Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts and the consultation of the European Health Card for the Muface mutualists are included as novelties.
The Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Public Service, has developed TeAutorizo, a new web application that will allow companies and citizens to speed up the obtaining of certificates of absence of sexual crimes and trafficking in human beings, as part of the reform of RD 1110/2015, which regulates the Central Registry of Sex Offenders and Trafficking in Human Beings. This measure helps to increase the protection of the child, as well as to improve the services to the citizens, eliminating administrative burdens for both companies and individuals.
Companies, associations and other entities that have regular contact with minors, including those of volunteering, will be able to easily access and download the certificates of absence of sexual crimes of their employees through the web TeAutorizo. For this, they only need to register on the platform with their DNIe or electronic certificate from the National Mint and Stamp Factory, and obtain the subsequent consent of their employees through the mobile app My Citizen Folder (menu below / tab services / Authorizations for certificates of absence of sexual crimes).
On the other hand, for the members of MUFACE, the consultation of the European Health Insurance Card and notice of its next expiration is also incorporated in My Citizen Folder, thus complementing the data that was already being shown in the case of cards issued by the Social Security.
Since its launch, it has already added more than 3.8 million downloads of mobile applications. In addition, more than 4.2 million different citizens have used their services at some point, making more than 34.7 million accesses.
