The resolution specifies, among other issues, the evaluation criteria for the registration of data spaces in the Trusted List. These criteria are based on Specification UNE 0087:2025, published by the Spanish Association for Standardization (UNE), which establishes the first common framework in Spain for the creation and operation of data spaces, promoting interoperability, governance and value creation in the data economy.
In addition, it collects the information that will be public about each data space included in the Trusted List. Among other data, the website, the contact details and a brief description will be publicly accessible, along with the name of the promoting entity.
In addition, this Trusted List opens the possibility of expanding the number of data spaces eligible for the Kit Data Spaces aid program, another of the initiatives of the Impulse Plan, a strategic program endowed with 500 million euros.
