The new version of My Citizen Folder will allow you to consult the European health card or passport number

My Citizens’ Portfolio, a service offered by the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Public Service through the General Secretariat of Digital Administration, is now available in its seventh official version for devices OS and Android as well as through web.

Other novelties have to do with the improvement of the service of consultation of the authorizations for action before the administration granted through the electronic registry of authorizations and with greater proactivity with respect to the calendar notices, so that in the event of the expiration of documents, instructions are offered on how to proceed with the renewal and the procedures to be carried out.

Regarding the consultation of the state of files of local entities, 4,663 municipalities and provincial deputies are already integrated, 57% of the total. All this is possible thanks to the collaboration with the provincial deputies, or their autonomous equivalents, to provide coverage to the local entities of their territories, especially those under 20,000 inhabitants. In addition, 64 new municipalities incorporate their notifications to the Single Enabled Electronic Address - DEHú, and will offer the information of pending notifications through My Citizen Folder, which accounts for almost 74% of municipalities.

My Citizen Folder allows you to consult from your mobile phone, and from a single point, personal documentation from very different areas (education, real estate, vehicles, residence, social and unemployment benefits, work, clinical history, etc. ). It also facilitates access to your files and your notifications of the public administration through the Single Enabled Electronic Address – DEHú. In addition, in My Citizen Folder it is possible to know the prior appointments managed by the Public Administrations, and receive notices on expirations of procedures related to ID, Passport, Driving License and ITV. In this way, the relationship between administration and citizenship is simplified in an accessible, proactive and personalized way from any device.

Since its launch, it has already added more than 3.1 million downloads of mobile applications. In addition, more than 3.6 million different citizens have used their services at some time, making more than 26.4 million accesses.
