The minister has expressed to the union leaders his willingness to comply with what was agreed in a context of transformation of the Public Service in such a way that, together with the elements contained in the framework agreement, progress can be made in the reform of the Administration towards a more modern and innovative one, better equipped with personnel and technological tools that guarantee the fundamental rights of citizens and more accessible quality public services. To this end, it has invited the leaders of the trade union centers that signed the Framework Agreement to participate in the working groups that will make it possible to build this great consensus for transformation.
This was also developed by Minister Escrivá during the presentation of the general lines of action of his department in the field of Public Service. The objective is to configure, under the premise of the agreement, an Open Administration based on four axes: investment in public service capacities, evidence-based public policies, openness to citizenship and more transparency, public participation and accountability.
It is the eighth meeting of the committee to follow up the Framework Agreement for a 21st Century Administration since its constitution on 7 November 2022.
