To ensure adequate monitoring of the projects, the Autonomous Communities and Ceuta and Melilla must provide information on the different investment activities that they intend to finance from the funds in the integrated management system, as well as information on the forecasts for the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the Recovery Plan.

The Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence is responsible for the project for the constitution of the National Health Data Space, which acts through the General Secretariat for Digital Administration. This project is carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and all autonomous communities and cities.
