This report is based on the information obtained from the study Quality of Public Services, carried out by AEVAL in collaboration with the CIS and whose field work was carried out in 2011. This report follows the series started in 2009 by AEVAL’s Public Services Quality Observatory.
These reports analyze citizens' perception of public services in Spain, study the degree and determinants of citizen satisfaction with public services and attitudes towards public spending in various policy sectors. The novelty this year lies in a more detailed analysis of public employment services as well as a major issue for governments and public administrations, such as the contribution of public services to improving the well-being of citizens.
