Born in Pamplona in 1986. Career official of the Higher Corps of Civil Administrators of the State since 2021. Graduate in History from the University of Zaragoza and Master in Democracy and Comparative Politics at University College London (UCL). He speaks English and French.
He has developed his administrative career in the Human Resources Sub-Directorate General of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, in the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Public Service and in the Human Resources Planning and Remuneration Sub-Directorate General. Prior to his appointment as a career officer, he worked in international cooperation for the development and financial management of projects.
He currently holds the post of Assistant Director-General of Human Resources Planning and Remuneration, dealing with the modification of the employment relationships of the departments and autonomous bodies of the General Administration of the State, the elaboration of the offer of public employment, the authorization of appointments and hires of temporary staff and the prior report of the calls for selective processes.
He has been a member of different courts of selective tests for access to bodies and scales of civil servants and has participated as a teacher in training activities in the field of human resources, public policy design and equality.
