The BOE of 28 October, published the Subsecretariat Resolution of 21 October 2021 approving the Charter of Services (2021-2024) of the Transparency Portal of the General Administration of the State of the Ministry of Finance and Public Service.
With this letter the following objectives are sought: To make active publicity information visible and to enhance and facilitate the exercise of the right of access to public information held by the General Government of the State. In addition, communicate the responsibilities and commitments entered into, publicise the rights of citizens in relation to these services and the responsibilities and obligations they assume when they receive them.
In relation to public information, active advertising and the right of access are services provided by the Transparency Portal, as well as other information services such as the Open Government and public participation in regulatory projects.
In accordance with Article 8 of Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July 2005, laying down the general framework for quality improvement in the General Government of the State, service letters are documents constituting the instrument through which the bodies, bodies and entities of the General Government of the State inform citizens and users of the services they have entrusted, of the rights they have in relation to them and of the quality commitments in their provision.
