MUFACE has integrated in each information page of its Provincial Services the possibility of accessing the web/app form to perform telematically consultations, which will allow to evaluate the quality of the service provided from each Provincial Service and the agility with which it is given to the collective when it performs telematically consultations, also preserving the security, confidentiality and traceability of each consultation.
Given the need to make the necessary technical interventions for the integration of the consultations to territorial offices, today 17 May, the form service will be temporarily interrupted, both by web and App. The new form is expected to be available on 18 May, while the App may extend the interruption until 22 May, coinciding with the production of a new version of the Mobile App.
Once the service is restarted, the consultations to the Provincial Services offices will be carried out through the Web/App Form for Mutual Assistance. This form can be completed and activated both on the website and on the App, and in any of these channels you need to register.
Until now, the Mutuality has known the volume of consultations carried out by email in an estimated manner: 176,500 in the second half of 2022. Knowing the volume of the consultations that each office responds to, the agility and quality of the answer given, is essential to evaluate their work and to be able to perform the load analysis that is the basis of the territorial service quality system provided by MUFACE.
