INAP has published the implementation of new training itineraries for professional competence training of the administrative support group. Three itineraries have been drawn up: Administrative Management, Citizenship Care and Senior Management Secretariat.
These pathways are aimed at Group C officials and equivalent staff, working in them seven different skills through 11 training activities:
- Learning to learn
- Communication and relationship skills
- Common administrative procedure
- Multi-level government and provision of public services
- Citizen orientation and problem solving
- Assimilation to management
- Citizens' rights in relations with public administration
- English
- Document and archival management
- Information and attention to citizenship
- Event management and protocol
Officials of Group C bodies or scales and equivalent staff may participate in the training activities forming the three itineraries. The INAP, within its annual plans, shall convene the training actions for each of the itineraries to be governed by the academic regime of the annual training plan in which they are included and by the specific conditions of each call.
