FUNCTIONS OF THE DELEGATE OF DATA PROTECTION
- Inform and advise the responsible law enforcement and processing of personal data, as well as the employees concerned with the same of their obligations, in accordance with the RGPD, LOPDGDD and other provisions in this area.
- Monitor the implementation of legislation and policies of those responsible and law enforcement of the data in the area of data protection.
- Advice be asked about the impact assessment on the protection of personal data.
- Cooperate with the spanish data protection agency and to serve as a forum of contact with them.
- To intervene in the case that stakeholders will be available to him the opt-out claim before the claim before the AEPD.
- Addressing the concerns of stakeholders regarding the processing of personal data and the exercise of their rights under the RGPD and LOPDGDD.
Articles 34.1 of the Organic law 3/2018, of 5 decemberon the protection of personal data and guarantee of the digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD), and 37.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 april(hereinafter RGPD), under an obligation to appoint aDelegate of data protectionwhen processing the results should be conducted by a public authority or agency.
