PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
TheMinistry for the transformation and the civil serviceit is the body responsible for the treatment of personal data supplied by users of Web Portals and associated electronics the headquarters of the department.
In accordance with General Rules on data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the european parliament and the council of 27 april of 2016, the ministry is committed to fulfilling its obligation of secrecy with regard to the personal data and the duty to treat them with confidentiality. For this purpose, shall take the necessary measures to avoid its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access.
This legal notice applies to the pages of Web Portals and associated electronics the headquarters of the department, is not guaranteed access via links with these sites, nor to the links from these sites with other websites.

Articles 34.1 of theOrganic law 3/2018, of 5 decemberon the protection of personal data and guarantee of the digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD), and 37.1 ofRegulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 april(hereinafter RGPD) are forced to designate a delegate of data protection when processing the results should be conducted by a public authority or agency.

Functions of the Data Protection Officer

Inform and advise the responsible law enforcement and processing of personal data, as well as the employees concerned with the same of their obligations, in accordance with theRGPD,LOPDGDDand other provisions in this area.
- Monitor the implementation of legislation and policies of those responsible and law enforcement of the data in the area of data protection.
- Advice be asked about the impact assessment on the protection of personal data.
- Cooperate with the spanish data protection agency and to serve as a forum of contact with them.
- To intervene in the case that stakeholders will be available to him the opt-out claim before the claim before the AEPD.
- Addressing the concerns of stakeholders regarding the processing of personal data and the exercise of their rights under theRGPDandLOPDGDD.

Collection of personal data
In order to provide the services that correspond,the ministry may request forms that personal data with a general nature will be treated in accordance with the General regulations on data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the european parliament and the council of 27 april of 2016(RGPD) and the organic law 3/2018 of personal data protection and guarantee of the digital rights, adopted on 5 december 2018 (LOPD and GDD).
The Ministry will inform and may collect data from the following categories of personal data:
- Identifying information and contact details (including addresses and/or electronic).
- Codes or identification keys to access and operational in the Portal and headquarters.
- Transactional data, i.e. any operation, movement and consultation associated with any of the services and administrative procedures that a user with the ministry.
- Socio-economic data and the labour market.

Purposes of processing activities and their legitimacy

The collection and processing of personal data is intended to general management, provision and improvement of services and the processing of administrative procedures relating to the ministry for the Digital Processing and public function, as well as any other service requested in each time by the user and the follow-up and responses to queries raised by the same.
The processing of personal data collected by the ministry may have additional purposes, all of them justified by the explicit consent of the user or the legitimacy which the ministry to the laws and regulations governing the services offered and the respective procedures, in accordance with the criteria of legality of the treatments available at the art 6 of the rules of procedure (RGPD).
The different purposes, and its legitimacies are available on access to each of the procedures and services offered by the ministry; and in general, in the RAT published in compliance under the item 31.2 of the organic law 3/2018 (LOPDyGDD).
Explicit Consent
Having been informed of the type of data needed for the provision of services and associated administration, the activities of treatment that will take place, its purpose and its legitimization, shall obtain the express consent when necessary for the ministry to carry out the activities of the treatment of personal data provided by the user of services.
Recipients, transfer and transfer of data
Generally the ministry for the transformation and public service is only one recipient of the facts before it.
