Guidelines for selection change in the General Government of the State

The Minister for Territorial Policy and Civil Service has today presented the Guidelines for Change in Selection in the General Administration of the State.

The paper emerges after the reflexive phase started with the Program to rethink selection and aims to synthesize and systematize the diagnosis of the selection of public employment and the trends for its innovation, establishing a series of strategic orientations and projects to be developed in the selective processes in the General Administration of the State.

The guidelines will be set out in an Executive Plan, which will be born of dialogue, agreement and joint work and will be elevated to the Senior Staff Commission by 31 December 2021, so as to ensure their effectiveness in the implementation of the 2025 job offer. This document will be submitted within one month to the Senior Staff Commission and the Coordinating Committee on Public Employment for the commencement of joint work.
