On 5 and 6 May, the Directorate General of the Public Service participated in the I Virtual Employment Fair of the University of León, in which information was provided to students about public employment and a personalized contact was offered with students encouraging them to learn more about the Administration.
Participation in this Fair is part of the Talent Capture Plan, one of the priority projects of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Civil Service with which new generations are to be incorporated into public employment.
The General Directorate of the Civil Service develops one of the measures included in this plan: the organization of information days for young university students, students of vocational training or newly graduated, in which they are informed about what the Administration is, what it has to offer them as an employee and the possible professional opportunities it offers, making known the work developed by public employees.
The most relevant data of the Fair were as follows:
- 252 on-site visits
- 44 attendees to the conference “Do you know the Public Job Vacancies? Do you know how to access them and which ones fit your degree more? The “Talent Pickup Plan at AGE tells you about it”
- Remission of 250 invitations to participate in the candidacy of Public Employment Offers to visitors of the fair.
- Sending messages to general chat of the stand during the two days of fair, to encourage participation
- Personalized contact with 81 visitors to our booth by sending a message via private chat to each of them, encouraging them to learn more about the job opportunities of public employment.
