On December 1, the Official State Gazette published the Resolution of November 24, 2020, of the State Secretariat for Territorial Policy and Civil Service, appointing career officials for the general system of free access, of the Corps of Forestry Technical Engineers serving the Public Treasury.
The employees and public employees of this Corps are entrusted, among others, the functions of inspection, verification, investigation, valuation, expert appraisal and advice, on property and real estate according to Royal Decree 1609/1978, of 12 May, which approves the regulation of the Forest Technical Engineers Corps of the Public Treasury.
To be part of this Corps it is necessary to be in possession or in a position to obtain the title of Technical Forestry Engineer, or the title that enables to exercise this regulated profession as established by the terms of the call, at the end of the period of presentation of instances.
The agenda of the selective process consists of a section dedicated to Community, Constitutional and Administrative law; another to Civil and Commercial law; instruments and systems of valuation of the register; Agrarian legislation. Economic structure and agricultural productivity and Public Finance and Financial and Tax Law.
The selective processes consist of an opposition phase consisting of three exercises, all of them eliminatory and a selective course at the School of Public Finance of the Institute of Fiscal Studies.
