The INAP Public Innovation Laboratory collaborates in the development of a guide to decentralize selective testing

01/09/2022

The Public Innovation Laboratory collaborates with the INAP Sub-Directorate General for Selection to develop a guide to facilitate the performance of territorially decentralized selective tests.

This project is based on Article 3.7 of Royal Decree 407/2022 of 24 May, which approves the offer of public employment for the year 2022, which provides that “The calls shall contain a qualification for qualifying courts to take the necessary measures, instructions or decisions to decentralize as far as possible the performance of the selective tests and the reading of the exercises.

Similarly, calls shall set out the form and procedure to be followed, in the use of electronic or telematic media, including audiovisual media, for the decentralised development of selective testing or some of its phases. For the decentralised development of selective processes, selection bodies shall have the necessary support structures and mechanisms. To this end, INAP will provide the necessary assistance and will establish coordination mechanisms with government delegations and sub-delegations.”

In order to facilitate such assistance, INAP has considered, inter alia, the initiative to develop a Guide to assist ministries and agencies of the State Administration to conduct their selective tests on a decentralized basis. As part of its tasks, the Public Innovation Laboratory intends to collaborate with the INAP Sub-Directorate General for Selection in the development of this guide to decentralize selective testing.
