Public ministries and universities send more than 95 per cent of staff documents electronically to the Central Personnel Registry through the AnotaRCP service.
AnotaRCP makes it possible to replace the sending of paper-based documents to the Central Personnel Registry (CPR) by e-mailing via web services, thus allowing compliance with Article 26 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations.
HR Management Units may, through HR applications integrated with AnotaRCP, send to the SPC records electronically signed by the competent authority. Once received, these documents are processed by the delegated SPC office, which records, signs and stores them in the Central Personnel Registry.
