The Directorate General of the Civil Service, in the development of its training line, will hold the following courses in September and October 2021:
- BASIC COURSE OF HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEES (PRL) – 2nd EDITION – 30 HOURS – DATES: 21 TO 23 AND 28 TO 30 SEPTEMBER
- BASIC COURSE OF HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEES (PRL) – 3rd EDITION – 30 HOURS – DATES: 13 TO 15 AND 19 TO 21 OCTOBER
- BASIC COURSE OF EQUALITY FOR THE CIVIL SERVICE – 2nd EDITION – 20 HOURS – DATES: 4 TO 7 OCTOBER
- BASIC COURSE OF EQUALITY FOR THE CIVIL SERVICE – 3rd EDITION – 20 HOURS – DATES: 25 TO 28 OCTOBER
- SPECIALIZATION COURSE ON THE FOURTH COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR AGE WORKERS – 15 HOURS – DATES: 6 TO 8 OCTOBER
1. Course on Occupational Risk Prevention for members of the Safety and Health Committee
The course is aimed at members of the Safety and Health Committees of the different departments and agencies of the AGE (Delegates or Delegates of Prevention or representatives of the Administration in those Safety and Health Committees), or personnel who perform or will perform prevention functions, either as part of a Prevention Service, or as EPD (Designated Public Employee).
The Course will last 30 hours: the second edition will take place on 21-23 and 28-30 September and the third edition from 13 to 15 and from 19 to 21 October, via videoconference.
In the application below, the prerequisite paragraph shall be completed, indicating:
- If the request has been brought to the attention of the senior official.
- If you are a member of a Health and Safety Committee and/or if you are to perform basic LRP related functions in a Prevention Service or as an EPD.
- Participation in one or both sessions and their priority should be indicated in "comments".
2. Basic Course on Gender Equality
The course is intended for public employees and employees who need and wish to acquire basic knowledge of equality within the framework of the General Government of the State, as well as tools, techniques and good practices, in order to implement the gender perspective in the daily life of their work.
The course will last 20 hours: the second edition will take place from 4 to 7 October and the third edition from 25 to 28 October.
In the application below, the prerequisite paragraph shall be completed, indicating:
- If the request has been brought to the attention of the senior official.
- Participation in one or both sessions and their priority should be indicated in "comments".
3. Specialization course on the 4th collective agreement for AGE staff
The course is aimed at public employees with human resources management functions who wish to acquire specific knowledge in this area and to delve into the practical aspects of the Fourth Single Convention.
The course will last for 15 hours and will take place from 6 to 8 October.
In the attached request, the prerequisite paragraph shall be completed, indicating whether the request has been brought to the attention of the hierarchical superior.
The training activities will be carried out in 'classroom' mode via videoconferencing, using the CIRCUIT application.
Applications will be submitted via the WORKS Portal via the this link . If access to WORKS is not possible, the attached application may be completed and forwarded to this email address.
All employees and public employees who at the time made a request for the first edition of the Basic Course on Equality will automatically be included in the list of applications for the following editions to be held this year 2021, unless they expressly communicate through the this email their inability to participate in these new editions.
The deadline for the admission of applications for all training actions shall be from 19 July to 28 August.
