Appointment of career officials of the Technical Cadastral Management Corps

By resolution of November 24, 2020, of the State Secretariat for Territorial Policy and Public Service, career officials of the Technical Cadastral Management Corps were appointed.

The Technical Cadastral Management Corps at the service of the Public Treasury is a specific body of the General Administration of the State under the Ministry of Finance.

The real estate register is an administrative registry under the Ministry of Finance describing the rustic and urban real estate and of special characteristics. The employees and public employees of this Corps are entrusted, among other functions, the resolution of cadastral files in order to guarantee the adequate concordance of the catastral description of the real estate with the real estate reality.

In order to be part of the Technical Cadastral Management Corps, applicants must be in possession or in a position to obtain the degree of Bachelor, Engineer, Architect or Degree, at the end of the period of presentation of instances.

The agenda consists of the following blocks: Administrative and Community Law; Civil and Commercial Law; Financial and Tax Law and Cadastral Management.

The selective processes consist of a phase of opposition, three eliminatory exercises and a selective course at the School of Public Finance of the Institute of Fiscal Studies.
