Report to the Congress of Deputies on the Activity of State Agencies during 2012

The present report, in accordance with Law 28/2006, pursues two major objectives: the improvement of services provided to citizens and accountability and the promotion of transparency through the public dissemination of their results.

In addition, and in line with previous reports, four specific objectives have been set in order to make this report more useful and to promote mutual learning between State Agencies:

  1. The identification of common patterns in the implementation of quality plans
  2. Provide guidance to Agencies in their future actions for the development of a quality management culture
  3. Contribute to the dissemination of experiences and best practices among the organisations covered by the report
  4. Identify initiatives carried out by State Agencies in the field of Innovation

The scope of this report covers the activities related to quality management, carried out by the eight existing State Agencies in AGE during 2012.
