The Open Administration Week is postponed for the week from 27 June to 1 July 2022. Therefore, the registration of events can take place until June 15.
Open Administration Week is a global initiative driven by the Open Government Alliance (Open Gov Week), with the main objective of bringing public administrations closer to citizens, based on the principles of the Open Government: transparency, accountability, citizen participation, public integrity and collaboration.
For the Open Administration Week 2022, it is considered appropriate to focus on events of a virtual or semi-face-to-face nature, taking into account both the sanitary circumstances and the great potential that these formats have in the dissemination of innovative and large-scale content.
Different types of events will be held, such as:
- Submission of plans/programmes
- Participatory processes (launch of consultations or other processes)
- Interviews
- Webinars / Seminars
- Debates / Colloquia
- Presentation of publications, advertising campaigns, virtual content (website, applications, etc.)
- Contests / Hackathon
- Days of open doors
In Spain, the Open Administration Week is coordinated and driven by the Directorate-General for Public Governance, with the collaboration of the Open Government Forum.
The deadline for the registration of events is 15 June.
