From today and until 17 June, in order to promote citizen participation, through the Transparency Portal and the Ministry’s website, the public consultation of the preliminary draft Law on the Institutionalization of Public Policy Assessment in the General Administration of the State.

Prior consultation is a procedure provided for in Law 39/2015, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations with the aim of improving the participation of citizens in the procedure of elaboration of standards.

The preliminary draft law on the Institutionalization of Public Policy Evaluation in the General Administration of the State aims to promote the institutionalization of the evaluation of public policies as a tool for improvement, accountability and transparency of the action of the General Administration of the State and its related public agencies, through the formalization and systematization of the evaluation practices, the promotion of the culture of evaluation and the institutional organization of the evaluation in the General State.

Interested parties may participate by forwarding their contributions to the email address consulta.evaluacion@correo.gob.es until 17 June 2021. They will also be able to do so through the web portal of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Civil Service.
